What types of properties do you serve?
Multifamily/co-ops/condos, residential homes, and commercial & institutional buildings across the five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island, and Westchester County.
Are you licensed and insured?
Our team carries all required NYC and Westchester licenses. Certificates of Insurance are available on request.
What are your service hours?
Standard service runs weekdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Emergency response is available after hours, nights, and weekends.
Do you provide estimates before work begins?
Yes. We provide written estimates after a site visit or based on a clear scope and photos. Work begins after you approve.
Do you handle permits and filings?
Yes. We prepare and submit required permits and filings for DOB or DEP when the scope requires it.
Plumbing & Heating Questions
What plumbing services do you offer?
Repairs, radiator/steam solutions, sewer & drain cleaning, code & compliance (LL152, RPZ), gas leak inspection & repair, and renovations/modernization.
Can you handle steam heat/radiator issues like banging or balancing?
Yes. We service steam traps, valves, and air vents, and provide full steam system diagnostics to restore quiet, even heat.
Do you provide emergency drain cleaning?
Yes. We handle main and branch line cleaning, camera inspections, and preventative plans to reduce backups.
Boiler Questions
Do you replace boilers and perform oil-to-gas conversions?
Can you help with NYC heating compliance?
Yes. We perform annual boiler inspections and certifications, violation close-outs, combustion testing, and maintain digital records.
What if I have a gas leak or a gas shutdown?
We provide emergency response, pressure testing, documentation, repairs, and gas restoration.
Do you service domestic hot water systems?
Yes. Repairs/replacements, commercial water heaters, recirculation pumps, scale prevention, and seasonal tune-ups.

What electrical work do you handle?

How We Work Questions
How fast can you respond to emergencies?
Our service managers dispatch plumbers, boiler specialists, electricians, or pump mechanics for same-day/next-day service. Technicians are also available for night, weekend, and holiday emergencies.
What’s included in maintenance plans?
